The staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool area with the steam and sauna rooms were clean. The rooms need updating but overall we had a pleasant experience.

A little upset that the bed was two singles pulled together but most everything else was good.
Receptionist was very helpful and kind.

An overnight stay for business, there was a conference on, the hotel was incredibly busy so not as slick as usual checking in and ordering room service after arriving late but this is understandable.

Hotel was in a great location for where we needed to be. Only used hotel to sleep and for breakfast. Breakfast wasn't the best, was warm and got cold quickly, however, overall enjoyed our stay. Stay clear of the trees when parking, our car was a mess on our return.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff really friendly but the evening meal was a bit of a disappoin**ent as they didn’t have enough staff to make sure that if you wanted to order desserts etc that you could in a timely manner. The pool was also very cold and children were limited to certain times, which we were unaware of at the time of booking. Also one of the restaurants was not open despite it being half term again something we were unaware of at the time of booking. But to reiterate the staff were lovely and accommodating

Excellent two days for our wedding anniversary. Very comfortable room, brilliant breakfast, service was impeccable, pool was really good. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again.
